Shipping policy

Local pickup is offered from our address in Cloncurry. This option is free and can be selected at checkout. We often hand pour our candles per order, so please allow 3 - 10 days for order processing, sometimes longer during busy periods.  Please keep in mind that orders take typically 2-4  business days (Saturday & Sunday) to be processed before collection. Rush orders can be processed if you contact us prior to placing your order.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.

Shipping charge is based on weight and is calculated into two categories:

Tracking number will be sent to your email once order has been fulfilled.
